Autumn Land Sales Update

The start of Autumn has brought out the land buyers and we are almost out of stock at Eden Green – March in particular has proved a great month for sales.

We are already taking registrations of interest for Stage 6A . There will be 29 traditional lots in total ranging from 448 sqm to 698 sqm. All lots have great frontages between 15 and 18 m.

We plan to have these lots fully constructed and available for sale by August 2012.  Stay Tuned.

Stage 6A will be located next to the brand new Hammond Park Primary School on the corner of Gaebler Road and Frankland Avenue. The school is scheduled to open in 2014 and will add to the great amenity at Eden Green. It is great to be able to offer residents a local shopping centre, a brand new primary school and a great bistro all within walking distance of Eden Green.
