Earthworks to commence at Cygnia Cove

Cygnia Cove will be an exclusive enclave on the Canning River consisting of approximately 185 single residential blocks and 4 grouped housing sites. The majority of blocks will be sized around 450 square metres with a 15 metre frontage, allowing you to add your personal touch to your dwelling. We are happy to announce that earthworks are about to commence shortly and we will have fully constructed lots to view by the end of the year. We anticipate sales will start at this stage.

Stage 1 will be located around Manning Road containing the Display Village. We are currently organizing our display village which will consist of 7 leading double storey builders on Cygnia Parade coming in off Manning Road. We will release subsequent stages working our way down to the Canning River.

We are also finalizing the building guidelines for Cygnia Cove paying close attention to build form and environmental sustainability.

Scaling new heights.

Eden Green Stage 4 Sold Out!

Stage 4 of Eden Green has sold out. This is perhaps not surprising as Hammond Park and Success have been picked as suburbs to watch by leading real estate commentators on both TV and in the West Australian.

34 blocks sell in 4 weeks at Eden Green.

Eden Green is a 500 lot master planned residential sub division in Hammond Park. Sales at the current Stage 4 of Eden Green have been exceptional. In the first four weeks of the release 34 blocks of the total 51 have been sold. Six lots of buyers camped out for two nights to secure the block of their choice. Draft spatial growth plan

The Western Australian Planning Commission released its draft spatial growth plan for Perth and Peel in June 2009. This report establishes a vision for the future growth of the Perth and Peel region and provides a framework to guide the detailed planning and delivery of housing, infrastructure and services necessary to accommodate that growth.

What kind of city will it be?

The Western Australian Planning Commission has identified six strategic themes that will be used to help shape future urban growth in a way that captures the many and varied expectations we have of our city including;

  • A liveable city
    ‘Living in or visiting our city should be a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience’,
  • A prosperous city
    ‘Our success as a global city will depend on building on our current prosperity’,
  • An equitable city
    ‘All Western Australians should enjoy the benefits of growth and changes in the city’,
  • An accessible city
    ‘People should be able to easily meet their education, employment, recreation, service and consumer needs within a reasonable distance of their home’,
  • A green city
    ‘We should grow within the constraints placed on us by the environment we live in’
  • A responsible city
    ‘We have a responsibility to manage urban growth and make the most efficient use of available land and infrastructure’

In addition, to inform the future physical character and extent of the city key assumptions include;

  • A more compact city is desirable,
  • We must work with the city we have,
  • We must make more efficient use of land and infrastructure,
  • We must prioritize land that is already zoned.
